Got back a day early from
Grand Isle due to hurricane Dennis which ended up not even affecting the island.
I went on and did a little keel work.
I busted off the old fiberglass, wire-brushed with the drill, and epoxied the
exposed metal.
I put alot of epoxy into the parts that I did not remove in an effort to re-unite
them with the steel, wood, or neighboring resin.
Coming: Next week I am going to help with a clean up day at
some new hunting land, so there is a possibility of no work, but when I update
the next task will be to belt sand down the parts that are sticking too far
out and then do some fill work with polystyrene resin since it will take alot.
IF ANYONE KNOWS OF A CAST
IRON KEEL FOR SALE FOR THIS BOAT I WILL BUY IT! EMAIL ME at the address
found on the main page.
